Ingredients
- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup milk or half-and-half
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
