Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Prepare the spice mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wash and slice potatoes into chips; dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
  4. Spread potato chips on a baking tray and bake for 30–40 minutes until golden.
  5. In a frying pan, cook beef mince with remaining olive oil and spices until browned.
  6. Mix all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Assemble bowls with potato chips as the base, topped with lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickle slices, and burger sauce.
