  • 1 1/4 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 34 green onions, bottoms and tops separated (about 1/4 cup of the bottoms)
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 12 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, green onion bottoms, ranch dressing mix, garlic salt, onion powder, hot sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
  4. Sprinkle additional cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
