- 1 cup (200g) dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (127g) bread flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 10 ounces (283g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup homemade toffee bits
