Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (17.3 ounces/490g)
- 1 wheel (8 ounces/227g) brie cheese
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions
