  • 1 can Baker’s Corner 100% Pure Canned Pumpkin (15 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • For the Topping: 3/4 cup Specially Selected 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Baker’s Corner Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in egg and vinegar; chill the dough.
  2. Roll out the chilled dough and fit it into a pie dish; pre-bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, sour cream, bourbon, vanilla extract, spices, and salt for the filling; pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 375°F for about 70 minutes until set; cool completely.
  5. For the topping, heat maple syrup and heavy cream; pour over pie and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the topping before serving.
