- 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (5–6 peaches)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold butter (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and half of the granulated sugar and flour. Toss gently until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well before adding the cold butter; use your fingers to blend until large crumbles form.
