- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
- Fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent (3-5 minutes).
