  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Diced avocado
  • Jalapeño slices
  • Lime wedges
  • Extra cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent (3-5 minutes).
