Instructions
- Marinate the beef in baking soda, soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Mix chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauces, sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef until golden brown on both sides; transfer to a plate.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in the same skillet until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add asparagus and cook for another minute until slightly softened.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and stir until thickened. Return beef to the pan and mix well.
