Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup pear or apple puree
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and pear puree to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and ensure each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove beef from marinade (reserve marinade) and grill for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and caramelized.
