- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the chopped basil.
