- 400 g Pasta
- 200 g Goat cheese
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 5 Garlic cloves
- Fresh basil
- 1/3 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
