  • 300g Digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 135g Butter (melted)
  • 750g Full fat cream cheese
  • 125g Icing sugar
  • 300ml Double cream
  • 120ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • Milk chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Optional: Baileys truffles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor or by hand, then mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
