- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)
- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup half-and-half
- ½ cup grated Asiago cheese
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 tsp garlic
Instructions
