Instructions

  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat; sauté chopped onion and sliced cremini mushrooms until soft (about 5-7 minutes). Add minced garlic, fresh sage, pumpkin puree, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
