- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–3 tsp milk, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, beat together cream cheese and butter for the frosting; gradually add powdered sugar and adjust consistency with milk as needed.
