- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- Zest and juice from 4 oranges
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, cream together butter and 2 cups of sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix yogurt with orange juice and vanilla.
