  • 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
  • 1 cup carrots (julienned)

  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in gochujang and soy sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
