- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup milk (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
