  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Add cooled macaroni to the dressing and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Fold in red bell pepper and celery until well mixed.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
