  • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
