Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ pound sweet Italian sausage
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add minced garlic and spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some sauce on the bottom of the baking pan. Layer with noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce, and repeat until all ingredients are used. Finish with noodles topped with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil (sprayed side down) and bake for 50 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
