  • 34 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim Brussels sprouts and steam until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain in a colander.
  3. Toss cooled sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on the baking sheet and smash each sprout into flat patties using the bottom of a cup.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the smashed sprouts and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
