Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor preferred
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil; stir until smooth.
